Aire del Sur is born from the passion which the world of olives, oil and land brings to us. With the name we want to indicate all the Mediterranean philosophy of life, the traditions of a healthy product for people with exquisite palates, who enjoy the sun, the air, the fragrance and the flavour of the Andalucian countryside. Aire del Sur it´s part of a unique “way of life”.
We trust that the dream we’ve had during generations for the process of growing olives and the production of olive oil translates into the total satisfaction of the consumer’s expectations. |

| Our company is situated in the northern region of the province of Granada, in the high ranges of land which were formed by vast high plateaus which in the Cenozoic Tertiary Era was the site of a great lake. More precisely, in Baza, surrounded by various mountain chains, amongst them the Sagra, Castril and Baza, whose summits crown the spectacular semi-desert ochre hued landscape. This land is, topographically speaking, recognised as the route which links The Levant, (the south-east coast), with the high area of the Guadalquivir valley.
