| Aire del Sur is an oil which adds scent, taste and colour to any dish. It is ideal to consume raw, to use as part of a dressing, for cooking, using in stews, pastry making and for use in frying between 165ºC and 180ºC. The food then retains its nutritional values with this oil better than it is able to with other oils. The reason for this is that a film is created which covers the food thus preventing the oil from soaking into it. This means that a smaller quantity of fat is ingested and prevents it from losing its qualities. We believe that it has to be the consumer’s choice as to how they put into effect their own interpretation of the enjoyment of the product. |
