These conditions apply to any purchase realized until the end of stock.

2. Price of sales tax:
   The prices of the products displayed in www.aceiteairedelsur.es are valid for deliveries within the Iberian peninsula and include the IVA tax (extra virgin olive oil is taxed 8% of the sales price). For prices in purchase outside the peninsula (other countries, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary and Balearic Islands) please contact us. Prices displayed on the website www.aceiteairedelsur.es may be revised and/or modified at any moment.
3. Deliveries.
   Deliveries within the peninsula will be made through a specialized company within 48 hours of the paid order, unless otherwise indicated. This is only a guideline, but AIRE DEL SUR C.B. will attempt to respect it by all means possible. For deliveries outside the peninsula (other countries, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary and Balearic Islands) please contact us. If the purchaser fails to meet their obligations, AIRE DEL SUR C.B. has no obligation to deliver the product. Delivery costs are calculated for each product and are included in the price of the product.
4. Forms of Payment.
   When purchasing, the customer will choose one of the following forms of payment given on the web page: Credit Card Bank Transfer made within 3 days of the purchase We invite you to make a direct deposit in the account indicated on your confirmation receipt. It is important that you indicate the order number as well as your first and last names. Your order will not be delivered until we receive payment. Do not forget to make the payment in Euros and that all the related commissions and bank charges will also be paid by the customer when choosing this payment option.
5. Returns, exchanges and customer attention. Our customer service department is equipped to solve problems customers may have with our products or delivers and will offer quick and effective solutions for our clients.
   

• If you are unsatisfied, within a 7 day period from the date of the receipt of the product. The guidelines for returns (law 7/1996 of the 15th of January of the small business commercial ordinance modified by the law 47/2002 of December 19th) are the following: You should immediately send an email to info@aceiteairedelsur.es or contact us by telephone at 34 958 56 14 51. All returns must be made in their original packaging and with the product in perfect condition. You may request a return of the payment which will be made in 7 days from the receipt of the returned product (the cost of which will be paid by you) or request an exchange, in which case the customer will pay all shipping and handling charges.
• If the product is received damaged (we request that you open the package in the presence of the courier, especially if you notice signs of damage in the packaging) you should not accept it and should contact AIRE DEL SUR C.B. within 48 hours, either by email at info@aceiteairedelsur.es , or via telephone: 34 958 56 14 51 and we will take responsibility for all shipping and handling costs.
• If the return or exchange is due to an error in the goods received, AIRE DEL SUR C.B. will have the package picked up and will take responsibility for all subsequent shipping and handling costs.
• If the order was returned to AIRE DEL SUR C.B. because the mail service could not make the delivery due to errors in the address or for any other reason beyond the control of AIRE DEL SUR C.B., all subsequent shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the customer.
